*SAMPLES
We can send you a JPG version of our samples so that you can view colours and design ideas before placing your order. We can also arrange a one to one visit where we can show you our entire card, colours and design range; just send us an email or call to book a visit.
*CONTENT and DESIGNS
You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to use any material you ask us to include in your stationery (for example poems, hymns, songs etc.). Due to the bespoke nature of the printing small variations in colour may occur. All stationery, artwork and designs are the copyright of DESIGNLOUNGE LTD. All rights reserved.
*ORDERING
When you have chosen or agreed your design please fill out the order form with your requirements. A 25% deposit will be taken when your order is placed and this will be subtracted from your final full payment once proofs are signed off by yourself. On receipt of your order, we aim to get proofs to you within 7 days. Signing the order form is your consent to these terms and conditions. Your information is used to process orders only.
*PROOFS
Proofs are produced for you to check the design, wording and layout prior to printing – (they will not be of the finished printed quality). Whilst we take great care in producing your proofs, you are responsible for ensuring that the proof reads exactly as you want it. Any changes required to the wording must be noted on the proof, signed and returned. Subsequent proofs will be email by pdf or jpg. Final proofs require your signature to confirm acceptance. Any subsequent corrections, not marked on the proof, will be charged accordingly.
*PRICES and PAYMENT
The price includes the typesetting, proofs, 1 set of amendments to the proofs if required, printing and envelopes where specified. The prices shown are inclusive of UK taxes, where applicable. Full payment must be received and cleared by us before the order is dispatched. We accept cheques (payable to; 'alex tait designlounge limited') also payment through Pay Pal. We will send you a detailed invoice once you have placed your order. At no time does DESIGNLOUNGE LTD see any details of your credit or debit card.
*DELIVERY
Once approved, your finished stationery will be delivered within three weeks. Unfortunately these timings may change due to circumstances beyond our control, but we will always keep you updated on your order. We can deliver by hand to areas within Colchester - Chelmsford, Essex. There will be no cost for this service. Or you can collect your order from us. Please contact us for the address. We also offer overnight courier or similar to mainland England and Wales charged at approximately £10 (charged by parcel weight) but this is only a guide as the cost may vary according to the size of the order. If you are out Royal Mail will leave a card with a telephone number to call to re-arrange the delivery. A signature will be required on all deliveries to provide proof of receipt.
*CANCELLATION
Cancellation of an order will be subject to any costs incurred and deposits will not be refunded. Returns will not be accepted after delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
*OUR WEBSITE

We reserve the right at any time and without prior notice to make changes and corrections to the material on the site. DESIGNLOUNGE LTD. does not guarantee that the functions of the site will be uninterrupted or error-free or that the site is free of viruses or other harmful components.
